Claims funding

We pursue most claims on a ‘no win, no fee’ basis. Which means you only pay us a fee if your claim is successful. This is also known as a conditional fee agreement.

We can also help you buy ‘after the event’ insurance to cover any legal costs should you not win your claim.

It’s always wise to check if you have any legal expense insurance. For example, as part of the car insurance or home insurance in place at the time of the incident.

For CICA claims, we can act on the basis of a contingency fee agreement.  This is similar to a ‘no win, no fee’ agreement whereby if your claim is successful, we charge an agreed percentage of your award however if you don’t receive compensation you have nothing to pay.

Whatever your circumstances, we’ll help ensure you are protected against any costs and we’ll recover the most compensation possible.
