Remortgaging

If you’ve been with the same mortgage company for several years, you might be paying more than you need to. Remortgaging to a new deal could save you hundreds of pounds a year. Find out more about remortgaging.

Transfer of Equity

A transfer of equity enables you add or remove someone from the title of a property. This could be due to marriage or divorce, cohabitation, the gift of property or a family transfer. ‘Equity’ refers to the value in the property after the mortgage and any other loans against it have been paid. Equity Release

Equity release allows you to access the cash in your property as a lump sum or additional income without the stress of having to sell. The money is repaid on death or the requirement for long term care when the house is sold. Find out more about equity release.
